Anders Dorph is the director of the Danish Gambling Authority. He took up his current position in November 2020 after four years as head of asylum at the Danish Immigration Service. In May 2025, he was appointed Chair of the Gaming Regulators European Forum (GREF) after serving two years as Vice-Chair. Throughout his career, Anders Dorph has worked several years in the Danish Ministry of Justice and served as executive in the Danish police. Anders Dorph holds a master’s degree in Law from University of Copenhagen and works as an external professor in criminal law at the University of Copenhagen.

Andrew Rhodes is Principal Consultant at Hawkbridge, a strategic advisory firm to the global gambling industry. Andrew advises clients on international regulatory strategy, government and regulatory engagement, and governance and operational standards. Andrew was Chief Executive of the British Gambling Commission from June 2021 to April 2026, leading the regulator through the Gambling Act Review, the Fourth National Lottery licence transition, and the implementation of the White Paper. He has over 20 years' experience in senior public sector leadership roles, working with governments and regulators internationally.

Svend Kirk is co-founder and former CEO of Mindway AI. Svend has a back-ground in health care using AI human expert assessment for neurological disease management. In 2018 when Mindway AI was founded as a spin-out from the health care business Svend moved into the RG igaming space and today Svend works globally as an independent strategic advisor within business development focusing mainly on Black Market & RG/Technical compliance challenges. On the side Svend today also is CEO and partner in a Danish company, Well at Work, focusing on stress & burn-out management.

Jakub Čavoj has been actively working in the field of sports integrity, protecting the integrity of sport and combating negative phenomena in sport for more than 10 years. Thanks to his extensive experience, he is considered one of the leading experts in this field in Slovakia and in the international context. A key pillar of his career has been the Slovak Football Association (SFZ), where he has been working in the Integrity Department since 2016. In this role, he specializes primarily in comprehensive prevention and thorough investigations of football match-fixing cases. Since 2018, he has proudly represented the Slovak Republic in the field of sports integrity at the Council of Europe, where he actively contributes to shaping European policies and standards. He has further developed his international experience and expertise through participation in international projects under the Erasmus+ programme in various countries. Throughout his career, he has successfully completed numerous specialized professional training programmes, enabling him to bring the latest knowledge and expertise directly into practice. As a recognized expert, he regularly speaks at prestigious international conferences. He has also shared his knowledge and practical experience through lectures and training sessions for representatives and colleagues from leading international football organizations, including UEFA and FIFA. Since the beginning of 2025, he has also been providing his expertise as an external advisor to the Slovak Anti-Doping Agency (SADA), where he contributes to strengthening the overall sports integrity framework at the national level.

Jan Řehola is the Director of the Institute for Gambling Regulation (IPRH), the largest professional association in the field of gambling in the Czech Republic. He has over fifteen years of experience in gambling regulation, spanning both the public and private sectors. He holds a Ph.D. from the Faculty of Law at Charles University in Prague. Jan previously worked at the Ministry of Finance of the Czech Republic – first as Head of the Legal Department and later as Director of the Gambling Regulation Department. After leaving the Ministry in 2014, he focused on legal practice and consultancy in the area of gambling regulation. He regularly speaks at international conferences and publishes in professional journals and industry periodicals.

Martin Šabo is the Director of the Department of Procedural Agenda and Gambling Regulation at the Ministry of Finance of the Czech Republic. He has more than 20 years of experience in regulation, not only in the field of gambling but also in taxation, accounting, and related areas. He graduated from the University of Economics in Prague. He regularly speaks at international conferences and is the author of professional articles and expert opinions.

Jurmy Menckeberg is the founder and CEO of Null — Ængine. Spending a decade in responsible gambling and player safety in high-risk detection and intervention roles at Kindred Group, then building The Mill Adventure's RG governance function from zero across multi-jurisdiction markets. That experience led to one conviction: players harmed on the black market are the clearest casualty of information that collapses under scrutiny. Null — Ængine supplies public authorities with human-verified intelligence, enabling regulators and financial authorities to act on the payment infrastructure behind unauthorised gambling.

Simo Dragicevic has been a technology entrepreneur in the gambling industry since 2010, as founder of BetBuddy, a pioneer in Artificial Intelligence and gambling, which was acquired by Playtech Plc in 2017. He is also the Co-founder of AiR Hub, the industry's first, dedicated AI research lab established at UNLV's International Gaming Institute. The mission of AiR Hub is to advance the emerging discipline of AI within the gambling sector and create the industry’s ecosystem for collaborative AI research. Its flagship State of AI in Gaming annual report is the first comprehensive, data-informed overview of AI in the global gambling sector. Previously, Simo was Managing Director and Head of AI at Playtech and has also served on the boards of the Great Britain regulator, the Gambling Commission, and the Responsible Gambling Council. Prior to founding BetBuddy Simo was Director of Major Programmes at Barclays Plc and began his career at Accenture.

Šimon Vincze is Casino Guru’s Head of Sustainable & Safer Gambling, and an advocate for Responsible Gambling. He provides guidance on player protection, steers the company towards current best practices, and seeks opportunities for Casino Guru to have a positive influence. He leads the Global Self-Exclusion Initiative and the Casino Guru Academy.
